Disco Hire Information

When you book KPD Sounds you can be assured that David and Kevin will be the DJ's at your event. From your first initial contact through to the end of your event you will only deal with us for your peace of mind. We offer you a very high standard and professional personal DJ service throughout.

We like to arrive about one hour prior to the party starting, so that we can set up our equipment. Please let us know if your venue is upstairs. Sometimes we get asked to set up our equipment earlier on in the day, to return later on in the evening after meals, bands receptions etc. We are flexible to special requests but will charge extra to cover our travelling costs.

We can talk to you about your requirements i.e. any comparing, music, raffles etc. We make sure any special requests have been discussed with well in advance of your event.

Almost any kind of music can be catered for, from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, to the latest in dance, pop and chart music we are always happy to discuss your music requirements for the function.

As a professional mobile disco we understand that this is your special date, sometimes planned months or years in advance, perhaps its your wedding, birthday or corporate event and you don't want to run the risk of being let down or embarrassed in front of your family and friends, we take great pride in reliability and professionalism and as DJ's, are passionate about the music we play.

Throughout the years we have built up great music knowledge, meaning our disco offers a different alternative selection, rather than the same old predictable play list that some mobile DJ’s may use.

KPD Sounds can offer you our hire service, to include full sound or lighting hire or both, if you want to DJ your own party we can tailor your event to your needs. This may include sharing DJ sets. Just talk to David with your requirements.

A deposit of £40 sent by cheque to KPD SOUNDS - 30 Rivergreen Crescent, Bramcote, Nottingham NG9 3EQ will secure the booking, leaving the balance payable in cash on the day. If you could put your contact number and party date on the reverse of your cheque we will ring to confirm details when the deposit has been received. A receipt can be sent if requested.

Wedding and Corporate Hire

Some venues will recommend their own DJ's at inflated rates. Hotels and DJ agencies will take a high percentage of all booking fees. As an independent DJ service, KPD Sounds pass these savings on to you directly, so do not be surprised if our prices are less than you may have been quoted.
